Why Queue over hiring full-time or a traditional agency?
An in-house, senior designer costs over $100,000 a year, whether there’s work for them or not. With Flagship Queue, you can pause or resume your subscription as needed, paying only for what you use.
We deliver agency-quality design with the flexibility of a freelancer, without the hassle of hourly rates or project-based fees. Queue’s flat monthly rate means no negotiating, long-term contracts or hidden costs—just more design, exactly when you need it.
What if I don’t like the designs?
We’ll revise until you’re 100% satisfied. Just share your feedback, and we’ll keep refining.
How much work and updates are included each month?
Depending on your plan, you’ll get 40-60 hours of design time per month with 2 to 4 weekly updates. You can add unlimited design requests to your queue, and they’ll be completed one by one.
Where do I receive design updates?
In your design board and Slack if you are subscribed to Queue Signature, otherwise in your design board.
How often can we have meetings?
Queue Signature includes two meetings per month and a slack channel for direct communication on the smaller matters. Standard only includes async communication via your design board.
How does pausing work?
You can pause your subscription anytime and pick up right where you left off. If you pause with 24 days left, you’ll have 24 days when you resume—no time or money lost.
Is project-based better for me?
If you need quick, efficient design on a flexible basis, the Queue is ideal. But if you value deeper collaboration, need to tackle multiple complex projects at once, or want highly personalized solutions, a project-based service might be a better fit. We offer both options to ensure you get the right level of support.

How does the waitlist work?
The waitlist allows us to be selective with who we partner with. We want to ensure we are the best fit for you.
Once on the waitlist, we evaluate whether we have a slot available and whether we’d be a good fit. If selected, congrats! You’re in and we can get started right away.
Do you accept NDAs?
Of course. If no agreement is made we may ask to use your designs for displaying our work.
Is there any work you don’t cover?
We do not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, full books, etc.).
Do you offer refunds?
Full disclosure: we have a no-refund policy due to the nature of our work.
